Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

We currently ship all orders with DHL only within Germany.

Delivery Times

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. DHL delivery then typically takes:

• Germany: 1–3 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times are non-binding estimates; in rare cases delays on the part of DHL may occur.

Shipping Within the EU

After the 12th of August 2026, shipping within the European Union is suspended until further notice.

Shipping Outside the EU

We currently do not ship outside the European Union.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us via our contact form. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund and handle the process with DHL on your behalf.

Returns

Information on returning orders can be found in our Right of Withdrawal page. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods.
